We are in the process of bringing in objects of vertical product written by another company.
Problem is ours is a vertical product on dynamics and we are bringing in another vertical product from another company. I will really appreciate if some one has got the similar experience and can share the process involved in detail.
It becomes more difficult when the same set of objects have been modified by both verticals.

What areas are these two modification touch IE FM,Sales , purchase warehousing etc,

If they are touching seperate modules you may not have such an issue
but otherwise you will find it will be long process to wind the code together, we did the same when integrating NA nav to a GB nav database.
