Cannot delete a Line on a Sales Order

Hi,

User is getting the following message when trying to delete a line on a sales order:

The Sales Line cannot be deleted when a Related Warehouse Shipment Line exists.

Please note that user has not processed any shipment for this sales order yet.

Please advise.

You need to delete the warehouse shipment generated. Although they have not "shipped" the goods, the instruction has theoretically gone to the warehouse. This is a control mechanism to ensure sales do not so something independently when other departments are working on the order.
