Maximum security - disable menu items

Anybody knows a way to disable *all* menu items? One of our customers wants to offer remote access to a specific table in Navision (2.5 SQL), allowing Anonymous Guest logins. We would like to create a GUEST usergroup, having the utmost minimal permissions.
Strange thing, however, is that you can't block access to several quite crucial menu items. Take, for instance, the menu File, Database, New. In my opinion, creating a new database should be restricted to specific users anyway (SUPER?), but even with all SYSTEM permissions switched off, any user still can do this! (Don't like the idea that somebody (un)intentionally can create a bunch of 20 GB databases...)
Somebody did tackle this issue before? Any triggers that can be used?

Yes, you can block it. The permissions to most pulkl-down menu items are given/revoked through the System Objects in the normal permission system.Lars Strøm Valsted

Istroem,
No it's not. Of course, the permissions on the System Objects were the first things checked. There are quite a few items available, but there are also a lot not. Take, for example, Password under the Tools, Users menu. You can't diable this. Even stronger - when you explicit block the Users table (where the password is stored in encryptic form), you still can set/change this. There should be a way to disable *all* menu items - but how?

Hi John,
That's not correct, the permissions you request have system object numbers 5820 and 5830
5820 Disables the user's permission to enter the Users table.
5830 Disables a user's permission to wiev or change his/her own password.
In addition to this, you can give normal permissions to the user table via the permissions for tabledata, tables, forms etc.
Best regards
