Business Notification sends email for every report line

Namaste!

I have configured few reports in Business Notification Worksheet.
When I generate the notification lines and send them across, What
I observed is, it sends email notification for each n every line generated
in report. i.e if my report generates 20 lines, Then Business Notification
will send 20 email messages.

Is it possible to send one common email message for these all lines,
Since it will help user to view one email report only. Has anybody
configured it????

The system is designed in this way. You can change the thing that you can do it manually. But you will need to somehow change the process, which is passing parameters to the XMLPorts which are passign the data to the BN. The XMLPorts are exporting just one record by default and you need to change this and other parts.

in detail? First off all I really doubt whether its possible or not?

1) BN is general tool. What it will send is just depending on the XMLPort, which is fired for selected "event"

2) Default XMLPorts are sending just one record per run - it means one email has just one record...

3) You can create own XMLPort which will send more records based on your selection.

4) You can "fire" the event in your own C/AL code or you can create own report generating the notification line for your XMLPort per group (per customer etc.)

5) I cannot describe in details, it is not work for 2 minutes...

I got the workaround on this.

We have developed customised functionality, where report
will be saved in html format and NAV will send it as an attachment to the
email ids
