Login Window

Hi,
I have a strange issue at a client's. One of the users can't make use of the Login Window since only a part of this window is visible at the very top left corner of the screen. The user can't either drag the window back to the centre of the screen. I remember same problem in V3.7 (using the toolbox window), but forgot how to get it back in place.

Thanks for your help

    Try deleting .ZUP file!

    Try pressing Alt + F

Press the left arrow and press Enter

You should be able to move the box now...

This works on the Danish and W1 versions not sure about the exact keys for other countries?

You can see this problem, if you are working on some desktop in some resolution and after that you connect to this desktop from another PC with lower resolution. In this case the client is "moved" to the top-left and most of the windows are partially hidden. Fastest solution is to delete the zup...

Press ALT+<spacebar>, press left arrow (cursor) to get menu for login window (there a two of them, application window and login window), select move, press cursors to move window, press <enter>

It is faster than deleting zup ;)
