question on dataport permission

I'm new to navision. I've created a dataport. The only way to run dataport is to use object designer/dataport and choose which one to run. If someone doesn't have access to object designer, how can he run it? Or everyone has access to the desinger?
thanks

    Or you can add the dataport into MenuSuite somewhere...

    thanks for all the reply. I'm using Nav 3.7 and we don't have developer license. I will do as Sendoh said, create a form and add button on it. And how can user see the form?

    Doesn't even need to be a new form.

    You can add a command button to a menu form that the dataport relates to, say
    Inventory or sales & receivables (for example)

    Change the button properties.

    Push Action: Run Object
    Run Object -> your dataport
