UserPortal error on Win 2003

Hi all,
I am installing User Portal (Navision 3.7) on Win2003.
But when I open my web: http://localhostname/factory/, for each web part, I have this error:
"Script Execution Error: Object required "
I am considering that error because of operation system or
not. Because my User Portal is OK when I installed it on Win2000.
Is it right? Please help me to correct to this error?

There was a issue with User Portal on Window Server 2003 but i am not sure if Microsoft has released a patch for this bug.
