Service Item table Problem

Hi

I have a strange problem. I have two copies of same databases

For a perticular user both databases doen't have permission to Service Item table.

But when I undo the Posted slaes shipment In one database it is allowing me.

But in another database , it is giving me the error You do not have permission to read the Service Item table.

any idea on this

1) Are the DBs on same server type? (Native, SQL)
2) Check the table - if there is some record, you can have this error
3) Check the service setup table, if there is some record, you can have this problem.
