hi...i'm a student, n i read this crm consultant development kit, n i have a few questions... if anyone of you willing to spend some time to anwer my question, i would be very honoured...
my question is :
1. what does the word "project logistics" in first step (conduct kickoff meeting) mean? does it mean human resources available for interview or what?
2. does the step define project logistics with the step define business unit has any connection??
