hello guyz...i'm a student...and i'm learning about this ms crm...n i would like to ask a few question...i hope someone can help me here...i would be very appreciate it...tq...n sorry for my bad english...
1. do you know if we can change the "skin colour" of ms crm?
2. when we plan the legacy data mapping, we compare the data we have with the crm standard, my question is : is it possible for us to use the name of the field we use in the office instead of the standard name from the ms crm when we convert the data for the implementation?
