Selection of Distributor / Direct Model

This is pre-sales/business level query. This is for the Choice of Model for an organization.
If you choose the distributor model, you will need to send in a Reseller Addendum to the SPA to set up a reseller account.
If you choose the direct model, you will need to obtain a Standby Letter of Credit to transact with MRS.
What are your comments on above?
