Not able to view C/AL editor for report section

Hi All,
I am facing a strange issue with the report. I have created a simple report and added footer. From the section designer I selected the footer section and tried to open the editor(by clicking F9). But, I am able to see only the Documentation() part but not OnPreSection(), OnPostSection() for the footer.
Any idea as how to overcome this issue?
