How to focus on a particular control when open a card form

Hi

When I open the card form I want to put the focus always on No. control.

I used the ActiveControlOnOpen Property. But the problem is , I added a subform on the Item Card Genral Tab, which will shows the Extended Text Lines.

If I click another tab on the Item card and come back to the general tab, the focus is going to the Subform. But I want that focus to the No. control

Could you please help me in this regard

The problem is, When I opened the form I can focus on the No. control

Is the DelayedInsert set to yes. You should put this to No.

I set to No in the subform.

Once again I want to give clear picture of the problem

I added a Subform on the Item card under General Tab.

I put the "ActiveControlOnOpen" form property of the Item card to "No." control.

So always I open the form , focus is on "No." control.

The problem is If I select other Tab and come to General Tab , the focus is taking place in the subform. But I want the focus on "No."
