Absence of Request Form make ZetaDocs to linger in purgatory

Hi there,

If I call a Report with the classic:

REPORT.RUNMODAL(xxx,TRUE,FALSE,xxx)

The Request Form appears and I can select my ZetaDocs printer, ZetaDocs console opens up and I live happy ever after

But if I call a Report in the following way:

REPORT.RUNMODAL(xxx,FALSE,FALSE,xxx)

The small box "ZetaDocs PDF Pinting" that says: "Started Printing..." stays there for always :-s :-s

I'm sure it's nothing to do with Navision but rather ZetaDocs. I've updated it with the automatic tool "check for updates" but it does just nothing.

Does anybody know why that happens?

We ain't gonna buy it if not even the Trial version works [-X

We are looking into Zetadocs at the moment from what i understand talking to the technical lead is that it is undergoing extensive reworking for 5.0 etc, your best bet is to call them directly
