Hi.

It's me again.
Now that I have filled many movies, 'rooms' and prices together to shows I'd like to print a programme for my cineplex.
For this, I want to order the shows by date, giving the date once and after that all movies shown on this day, then the next date, the movies and so on.
My shows have the following attributes:
- OID (PrimaryKey, autoincrement)
- date
- time
- movieID
- movieTitle
- price_Categorie
- roomNumber

Do I have to out the dates into a seperate table to be able to put them as headlines or make them keys too, in order to get the shows get ordered by it?

    Hi,

You need a key with field 'Date' then use the report wizard and select the sort order as Date and you should be able to design the report.

    autoincrement???

Sound to me like you trying to build a Navision something in M$ Access...

Or do you just have your properties messed up and do you mean AutoSplitKey?
