Navision Attain
Hi!
What is the difference between Attain, Axapta and Great Plains?
Which one is better for small or mid-size firms?
What is with Attain 4.0, when will it come?
Is there a news goup of attain, axata or great plains?
Thanks,
Darko

Hi,
There is lot of difference between Navision,Axapta and Great Plains, especially the programming language and the setups.
If you wait till 'Project Green' is released everything viz Attain,Great Plains and Axapta will be combined into one product.
Regards
Suresh.

Hi,
THNX for your reply!
Do you know where I can read something more about "Project Green"?
A link or an e-book would help me much!
THNX in advance!
Thanks,
Darko

Don't expect to see any unified product attempt until at least 2006.
By then don't expect this product to be nearly as feature rich or stable as any of the individual products are today.
I've read somewhere that MS i expected to start of with a basic unified product, WMS, MPS and the likes to be included at a later date.
I you need new ERP now do take a look at the existing products.
Regarding Navision which is the product I am most familliar with, MS has promised to maintain and develop this until 2012.
By then the replacement will surely be feature rich, well proven, stable and well considered.
