cannot finish project based production order

Sorry for the long story below, but this becomes a critical issue.

A lean manufacturing company, everything is MTO. Give th follwoing example:
1. A sales order for Finish Goods A
2. Finish Goods A is made by sub-component B.
3. sub-component B is made by purchase part C.
4. Since it's MTO, the company does not keep stock for A and B.
5. Both A and B are set at backward flush.
6. Routing link code is set on PBOM component and first operation of each routing.

Now a sales order for Finish Goods A coming, generate a production order for this sales order, both A and B appear on that production order. Now output B, then output A. when change production order status to finished, an error message appears 'item B not in inventory'.

Since B has been backflushed when output A, the stock is zero. But the system should NOT try to backblushed B again. It looks like a bug in the system, but I was wondering if anyone happens to have the same problem before.

Thanks for reply. Already sort it out. It seems like a small glitch resulting in the system trying to blackflush component twice. Found a way to go around it.
