Import Excel File

Dear All
I have to import excel file without using the Dataport.I saw one base functionality of Export to excel,but it is not helping me, bcoz it is exporting the data in excel but i have to import the data from excel.

You can use the MAPPING form, to import the data, just be sure that you map all fields that you will import to the table.

You can use the excel buffer to read the selected sheet from excel file and after that to process the imported data, but it depends on how the file looks like and what you are importing...
