chinese localization

Does anyone have any experience with integrating Chinese localization with NA version of Navision?

We have a US client with heavy modifications. They would like their China office to use same database hosted in US. We don't need Chinese language pack, since we can enter Chinese characters directly into Navision fields.

What about Chinese localization? Does anyone have a list of features that Chinese localization has? We would like to pick and choose what we need and intergrate them intto NA version of customized database, in order to avoid future headache of maintaining multiple databases.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Scott

Chinese financial bureau has a couple of regulations which every accounting software has to obey to. Those include the regulated print out forms of commonly used reports (BS, P&L etc.). An interface to export the financial data to a txt file based on a regulated format.

And some software also provide an interface to Chinese VAT invoice software, although this feature is not compulsory (Not like in most countries, VAT invoice in China has to be issued by a government designed software) I believe NAV has such a package to deal with these issue.
