Has anyone upgraded a client with outlook integration from a previous version to 5.0. MY general questions is this a lot of the fields used in NAV 4.03 and less get scrapped in 5 and the NAV 5 outlook granule requires at least 6 granules compared to 2 used earlier.
I am interested to know if anyone has information on how microsoft compensate or deal with this scenario or do they take a line saying you need to buy the extra granules which give a rolled up cost of over £4000
which is simply not justifible.
