Hi all,
Our client is a stockbroking concern which is going to adopt Dynamics CRM.
Thus, I need valuable inputs from all experts as to what should be the logical steps for starting a new CRM implementation project for a stockbroking firm.

I am also trying to understand the same thing that you want to know. I have the same problem that where to start from. I surf many of the forums and didn't get the exact answer to my question. I am in hurry and short of time because the client is waiting for me to show something progress about his project. I am at the initial level in the project no progress is done yet.
