Style Sheet whether canbe filtered.

Hi,
I have import the StyleSheetToolW110.fob in my demo database version 5.00W1.

I have create a Style Sheet Card called Journal.
Form No : 39 General Journal
Table No. : 81
Table Name : Gen. Journal Line
Base Record : Yes
Multiple Lines : Yes
Fields Selected : Yes

Once i have done the mail merge document. I have launch the form 39 General Journal and click the word icon. Actually the result already come out, just the result without filteration. How to filter by Batch Name?
