From Network to no Backup

Hello
i hope anyone can help here because i have a strange problem. It starts with the Errormessage on the Database server that means we have rpoblems with our networkcard. Reagrding this we change the network and the effect were get still the error message "Error 18 in module 244. server.c(378)" or so but every time EventID 109 and the job scheduler also doesnot work any more. So we get a new network card and now we dont have error messages about network but Hotcopy doesnot work anymore. Only by starting from CMD. We have the actualdriver for the network card " Intel Pro 1000 MT Serveradapter. Navision is version 3.70.0.14988 Message "Fehlgeschlagene Anwendung HotCopy.exe, Version 3.70.0.14988, fehlgeschlagenes Modul HotCopy.exe, Version 3.70.0.14988, Fehleradresse 0x0008921d." EventID 1000
