NAS, cfront NAV integration

hi

we are about to make som amendments in sharepoint portal, and create some NAV functionality in the solution. we don't wanna use the employee portal due to the restrictions in the solution.

what i need to know is, are there any examples of integration with NAV? are we using cfront to read data and NAS to write?

could we for example use the dropdown functionality from NAS directly? like for the location code or other functionality that we could use from EP..



any help would be great..

it depends on you - you can use WebServices everywhere you want (read/write access) or you can combine the solutions - reading though C/Front or MS SQL ODBC (direct access into Live DB or may be to some replicated copy), and WebService to write into NAV. Or you will use another hybrid concept.
