Business notification - Installation error

Hi All,
Im trying to install the BN for the following configuration.

Win 2003 Server with SP1 and SQL 2005.

Domain has been created.
A new user has been created under this domain with admin preveleges and being SQL - admin and Navision - SUper role.

This is SQL DB installation.

I have installed Navision client and SQL XML services 4.0 and Notification services (full) and selected database authentication with sa and pwd for sa.

While trying to install BN server, I have noticed that

in control panel -- > Administrative tools -- > services - Only one Notification service deployment manager has been created but not NS$Business Notification Instance.

I have made my local client active at the time of BN server active..

without this NS$Business notification instance , I cannot start BN services.

Kindly assist me where did i miss if any.
