Navision Business Notification Server Installation Error

Hi,
I am installing Navision Business Notification Server with MS SQL 2005 SP2 as per the Installation Guide but I am getting an error as "Error 1308. Source file not found:
\NAV 4 IN SP3 - CD\Additional Interfaces\...NotificationServiceDeploymentManagerInterface.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it"
But the very file exists and I am not able to debug as why this error is occuring. Has any one faced similar issue before?
I am installing from CD Dump stored in the system.

The path name (relative to Additional Interfaces) is:
Additional Interfaces\BusinessNotificationServer\program files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\Business Notification\DeploymentServer\bin
Thanks for your reply. The file NotificationServiceDeploymentManagerInterface.dll exists in the path you have mentioned. Now I tried with the Product CD I am getting "Assigning permissions for MessageBus directory failed".
Please check the NAV BSN installation prerequisites.
