Disappearing Forecast Functionality

Good day, experts. For a study project on our University, we created some user groups, deleted them and now we have some tables missing. Our version is Axapta 3.0.
Specifically, the tables of Forecast in Inventory Management has been disabled. (Our guess) Now; how can we re-enable this Forecast functionality?
