Problem with Maillog after update Exchange 2003 -> Exchan

Hi,
we have move our Exchange Organisation from Ex2003 to Ex2007.
Now we cannot open emails from Navision (Interaction Log Entry)
Errormessage: The E-Mail was deleted.
I have access to the server storage folder and I can also open e-mails directly within Outlook.

I think the link to the public folder is now different as before.
But what can i do?

    The Exchange server have changed the way the email are logged.
    Now its embedded in a envelope.

    I dont know how to extract the sender and recipients from the embedded/attached email.

    Anyone?
