We are using the Canadian payroll through VisionPay. There was a fix #14 that created multiple employers. It was like a small upgrade with some documentation. I followed it, but it was supposed to create the initial employer from the company information, but did not. Does anyone know why that would be? Or... is there any documentation on setting up a new employer so we are sure we are doing all the setup steps. (We are trying to run the T4's and we are not getting the data. We can get a test report, which does show the company info and place holders for the fields - Xs for the characters and 9s for the numbers.)
