It would be stuppid if it wasn't. It's marketing fluff for customers.my 2 cents0 -
First, it wasn't because it was focused to partners... ;-)0

You can install it in 45 seconds.
They don't show that it'll take longer to implement a change, to upgrade, to make a modification to forms.my 2 cents0 -
the fact that the video is posted here doesn't mean it is meant to go public....0

oh realy.
No more telling ppl to log out and back in.
So they are not caching the pages? Or the service tier checks the time stamp and sends the new version to the client?
Does it reset the user settings for that form?
What about changing CU? same process?
If you are a consultant, you will need windows authenication to update the service tier?my 2 cents0 -

AFAK it does cache but checks for new objects alsoNavStudent wrote:Does it reset the user settings for that form?NavStudent wrote:What about changing CU? same process?NavStudent wrote:If you are a consultant, you will need windows authenication to update the service tier?0 -
You are not "updating" service tier, the service tier updates itself automatically based on some table in NAV (on SQL).0

So the service tier is a self compiling service tier? Or is there another service that is monitoring and then creates a compilled dll file?my 2 cents0 -
