After NSC licence import NA client shuts down

Hi!

I have a problem that every time after importing our new NSC licence at customer's site, Navision client shuts down with an error. At our office everything works fine. Our MBS office replied that it is no legitime to use our licence at customer's site and refused to give any comments.

Does anybody know why it is so? I never had any problems with our previous licence...

can't you use tools->License Information->change (instead of import). If you keep the license on a floppy - when your done doing what needs to be done you can take the license with you.
