Problem with native database of Navision

Fellow experts,
The below one is the error i am facing while trying to open a database.
I have tried by deleting the ZUP file.Still the database doesnt open. Any solution to clear this is greatly appretiated from all you guys.

The Operating System returned the error(183):
Cannot Create a file when that file already exists.
