Nas problem

I originally posted this topic in the Navision Attain forum maybe this is a better place

I'm trying to get the Application server to run in a test enviroment i'm using ver 3.10 on Windows 2000, and i keep geting an error saying
"Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously"
i'm using the Cronus.flf license file with comes with the application server

No problems in connecting to the Navision server with a client.

If have tried both as a service with startup parametres and from a command line

Any ideas ?
