Workflow Issue

Hi,
I have an issue in workflow modification. I have 3 authorizations in sales order, one for PDC, one for credit limit and one for credit days. I need to send the same order 3 times for authorization and get the response from user tasks table. I have added 'Authorized' and 'Send for authorization' fields for the three cases. I have added a field called 'Authorized For' in the workflow line table. The problem is when i send the document for authorization 3 times the 'Send for authorization' field gets checked properly, but no data is inserted in the User Tasks Table. Plz help me.
