How to stop Reservation Entry??

Hi, Friends

i am facing the problem regarding Reservation Entry, Actually on Item, Customer and Sales Hearder all records have Reserve = Optional.
still Reservation Entries are creating, how i can stop them??

i think you are getting reservation entries for order tracking feature
not exact reservation..

Order tracking policy in the item card must "none" if you dont really need it...

Reservation entries are also created by default if you're using serial or lot numbers.

Same problem i am also facing here.In the item card i have fixed for all levels of materials reservation as never,but still while releasing the order it is automatically reserving for all sfg except FG.

Pls guide me
