Mouse Wheel Behavior in one screen

I have a user that has a mouse scroll direction issue in Firm Planned Production Orders lookup list. It scrolls left/right instead of up/down, and that is the only screen that it does that in, and it has never done that before, nor does it happen to anyone else.

We've checked all the mouse settings, tried clearing filters, etc. and my last option is to delete his .zup file and start over.

Is there anything else I could look at before smoking the .zup file?

One thing you can do is rename the zup file to fin.zupold (or something like that) so you don't have to completely "smoke" the user's zup file to test to see if that's the problem.

Renaming the .zup didn't work. It currently affects 2 users with new systems running the latest Microsoft Intellipoint software which I believe is the culprit. I think removing the Intellipoint software will fix it.
