Ok someone told me that navision 5 has a job schedular so please tell me where it is and how it works. I need it to run through a table of customers everyday and tell me who still owes money based on nthe date they registered since payments are for a year.

It is in the administration menu, Application setup, Job queue.

The online help should give you enough information to start.

Basically, it's just starting a NAS with startupparameter "JOBQUEUE". Fot the settings, follow Marks advice (online help). It's quite straight forward.

If you have more than one company, you'll need to buy a NAS for each company. There are solutions out there where you need only 2 NAS instances for scheduling jobs in an unlimited amount of companies .
