Error Posting Transfer Order

I have a user who's trying to post a Transfer Order on Form 5470. They get this error:

"You do not have read permission for the Tax Entry table. Contact your system manager if you need to have your permissions changed."

I can't find the Tax Entry table in Object Designer. Is it a hidden table? How do I grant the required permission to the user?

Which localization are you using?

Hello The Tax Entry table is the caption for that table.
The actual Table is called VAT Entry.

It also depends on the localised versions where both Tax and VAT are separate.

In IN version, the default tables are:

Tax Entry: 13700
VAT Entry: 254

He is using NA version and that's how he can't find the table name.
