checking tables for a condition everyday

How can i run through a table everyday checking for the date of a debtors registration then if it is the date of registration it should send a reminder to me so i notify the debtors.

How about create a report that prints out who needs to be notified?

If you don't want to run it yourself - it can be scheduled to print everyday.
