[solved] Error stopping work - No Implementer Available!

I apologize if linking pictures is against the forum policy, however it seems as though this is quite the emergency!

I don't know where to look in order to figure out what this problem is. If anyone could point me in the right direction it'd be GREATLY appreciated.

Yes our implementer is unavailable.
