100% CPU spikes with Citrix Metaframe XP1.0

We actually do perform an implementation test using Navision Client 3.70 and Client 2.60 using a terminal server with W2kSP4 and Metaframe1.0SP3.
We noticed, that the fin.exe of the 3.70 and 2.60 client do produce occasionally cpu spikes of 100% and sometimes after that the client hangs.
This happens when the client is opened using a published application. Using rdp or calling the client via the desktop we didn't notice that.
The ToolTip bug is only present with the 2.60 Client independent if called via ica, rdp or directly from desktop.
Furthermore our actual system using WinNT and Metaframe 1.8 runs completely stable with both clients.
Any tips are appreciated.

Using HotFix XE103W2k056 solved some of the problems (flickering screen CPU spikes). However, using ICA (not RDP) there seems to be a sharing violation with the fin.hmt. Normally this file is created when it doesn't exist and contains the help index. We noticed that using ICA this file will be rebuild when a second user logs on. Since this file is blocked by the first one a sharing violation comes out and the second client hangs using 100% CPU.
