Enterprise Portal Installation Error

Hi there,
I followed the instructions on AX40_ENUS_EPI to install Enterprise portal
for AX 4.0, everything seem going OK until register the website to which
company, I got this Error ( in Event Viewer\Application), could someone help
me please. Thanks
