Question regarding lost section in the monthly journal

Hi
While trying to copy a section of the monthly journal and paste into excel, I accidently hit "paste" instead of "copy" in the journal, and lost that section of the monthly journal. Is there any way to get it back without having to manually re-enter everything?

i would try tohit ESC sometimes that brings back the field if that doesn't work start re-typing
Perhaps you can search the forum for "Export To Excel" You will find posts about creating a button that will export the data for you so this won't happen again.
