Short Description of Field in Status Bar

Hi Everybody,

A short question regarding the status bar. At the moment whenever we click in a text box the field name of the text box is shown in teh status bar. Is it possible to opt to show a description of the field rather than the name itself?

Fill in the tooltip property of the field with the description you want to show.

Now mouse over or click on the field and see if it does what you need it to do.

Hi, I have tried it out but the tooltip wasn't shown when clicking in the field

it shows when you put the mouse pointer over it.

you can always add your info to the F1 help.

I don't think it's possible to change the status bar.
