ADCS Questions

I have read the whole documentation of ADCS but I am having some doubts.
First of all I want to tell u all that I have not tried installing and configuring ADCS.

my doubts are:
1) Is the communication wireless??
If yes than what H/W is needed for interface b/w the handheld device and PC?

2) Why it is mentioned in the PDF in NAV 4.0 SP3 CD that "When the installation is complete, you have finished installing Automated Data
Capture Systems for Microsoft Navision 3.70."??

3) I am unable to find CSS in the services part.
4) Unable to see the HTTP connections in start-->accessories
-->Communication .

Kindly cleare these doubts.

ADCS uses application server and listens on default port 6660 (correct me if I'm wrong, it was year ago since I tested) or you can change TCP port in registry.
If you want to test communication, use hyperterminal, connection is TCP Socket, or with Vista,

telnet ADCShost 6660

You can use ADCS with any type of communication, regardless wired or wireless.
