Navision with japanese windows OS

Is navision working with japanese windows? when my Japanese Client try to open in his japanese windows,
they got error like this"The double-byte character set, code page 932, on your computer is not supported by this version of Microsoft Business solutions – Navision.Contact your system Manager.Click on OK Button. Nothing happens and in the screen available u can do nothing."
How to Solve this issue? Please guide me.
