Copy Data

I have a client on 3.6 who wants to copy customers and vendors from another existing company. Each time we attempt to use the copy data function, it says that it completes successfully but yet nothing happened - no data anywhere. Has anyone run into something similar?

    Did you try the import/export feature?

    Hi,

    Just do a Ctrl+C from source company and Ctrl+V to the destination company.

    Isn't that tool for 3.7+ only?

    Yes, it's made for 3.70. But you can import the objects in 3.60 as well. The tool will not work, but you can!
