how to export Navision report in Excel

Hii all!
i've done request form with check box and label and when I run my form there is shown export in excel but I cun't ecexute it.:(:(

Take a look at other reports in NAV that exports data to Excel. Report 108 is such an example.
Have you remembered to add all the required functions, like CreateExcelbook, MakeExcelDataBody, etc? Look at report 108 and see where they've placed the function calls.
