Errors accessing tables that are in our license (NAV 5 SQL)

mart1n0mart1n0 Member Posts: 123
We installed Navision 5.0 (Switzerland) with SQL server 2005.
Even tough the customers license has access to it some tables that are really essential for even the most basic stuff cannot be accessed with the customer license.

E.g.
5823 G/L - Item Ledger Relation
462 Payment Term Translation
...
(The Shipment Method Translation e.g. works fine)

Any idea what is wrong how to refresh the ojects so they use this license we are getting out of options on what to do.

If we access objects with developer license there is no problem.

Can licenses get corrupted? (This is the original file sent by Microsoft)

Just login into the partnersource and get a new license issued its free and only takes an an hour or two (in theory).

Try using the new license you are issued and that will answer your question about the old license.

What happens when you put the customers license say onto a cronus database do the tables still get denied this should tell you if something is wrong with the license or the database

You can check the license permissions though the Licence permissions virtual table. In this way you can be sure if the license is problem or not.

If the license is OK, problems can be user permissions. Check them.

If permissions are OK, try synchronize the permissions.
