Style sheets with send to question

I am pondering a solution to get around the need for PDF emailing.
Would it be feasible to setup up style sheets to be able to use the send to option to pic OUTLOOK picking up the email address from the relevant form. I have tried playing around with this myself and will talk to one of the developers tomorrow. i was just wondering if anyone has looked at this as an option so far or knows any technical limiations this idea may face ?
